My mother needed some extra cash and decided to sell some things from her jewelry box that she never wore. Local jewelers weren't willing to give us more than the value of the gold in them. They were really pretty and we wanted to see them go to someone who wanted to wear them as they were. When I started my search for my fianc's ring, I had no clue what I was doing. I visited several local jewelers but couldn't decide what I wanted or if I was going to get a good deal. I found Have You Seen the Ring by searching on Google and called to ask a few questions. Phil was very helpful and guided me to the educational portion of his site. After reviewing this information (and testing some ideas with her mother!), I decided on a cushion cut stone. I shared my specifications with Phil and he got to work searching for my diamond.
