Once you and a seller agree on a price, you can complete checkout using our secure payment system. The funds will be held in escrow pending an official gemologist review.

Await gemologist verification
Our GIA gemologists examine the piece to ensure that it matches the seller’s description and, when applicable, the diamond certificate. The amount of time varies based on how quickly the seller ships the item to us, but our gemologists can generally conduct their review within 24 hours of receiving the item.

Receive your jewelry
Once the gemologist review is complete, we ship your jewelry to you FEDEX Next Day shipping (fully insured).
